Understanding the basic information about the game is very important, as Omaha poker has more to it than you would think. After understanding the basics you can dive into the basic strategy tips for the game and then the “how to play tips” section.
Omaha hands are dealt in a similar fashion as those in Texas Holdem, instead of two down cards, four are dealt, followed by a betting round. Then a three card flop with another betting round.
Omaha Holdem Strategy
The worst possible low hand, 87654, to the best possible low, 54321. The lowest number always wins.
Omaha Holdem “How To Play Tips”
If a player verbally declares an incorrect value of a hand, for the casino dealer it does not matter what the player says.
